They are small flans the size of cupcakes with an Oreo cookie base; it’s a delicious dessert. I love making Oreo Flan with my kids because it’s very easy to prepare.
Remove the filling from the cookies and place the cookies in a bag and crush them as much as you can.
Mix the crushed cookies with a little butter and place some of the mixture as a base in the mold; mix the water with the gelatin and heat it for 30 seconds, then add all the other ingredients to the blender and incorporate the water with gelatin; place the mold with the cookie base in the freezer for 10 minutes.
Pour the mixture to the top of the mold and leave it in the refrigerator for 3 hours, then 10 minutes in the freezer.
Take them out of the mold with the help of a knife.
