Choco-Flan

It is a recipe for choco-flan or impossible cake because it combines cake with flan.

  • 4 eggs, for the flan
  • 1 can condensed milk, for the flan
  • cans evaporated milk, for the flan
  • 1 vanilla essence, or vanilla flavoring, for the flan
  • 100 grams Philadelphia® cream cheese, for the flan
  • caramel syrup, or liquid caramel, for the flan
  • 1 cup chocolate cake mix, box mix, for the cake
  • 1/2 cups vegetable oil, for the cake
  • 1/2 cups cow's milk, for the cake

  • Preheat the oven to 175°C.
  • In the blender, put the flan ingredients and mix well.
  • Mix all the cake ingredients in another bowl.
  • In another mold, spread the liquid caramel.
  • Pour the flan mixture into the mold with caramel and also the cake mixture (one by one).
  • Put it in the oven for an hour and a half.
  • Take it out of the oven, let it cool, and then put it in the refrigerator for about two hours.
  • Unmold onto a tray or suitable plate and turn it over.
