Heat the milk with the sugar and coffee until dissolved, incorporate the beaten eggs off the heat while mixing quickly, being careful not to curdle.
Strain it and pour it over the chopped chocolate, mix it well and blend it with an immersion blender to ensure a smooth mixture. Pour into the previously caramelized flan molds.
Bake at 100ºC in a water bath until set. Check the center with a toothpick; it should come out clean. Cool, unmold, and enjoy!
