1 cup San Juan® egg whites
1 cup evaporated milk
3 tablespoons instant coffee
1 cup whipping cream
3 tablespoons condensed milk
1/2 cups sugar

Dissolve the coffee in the evaporated milk.
In a bowl, combine the San Juan® Egg Whites, the evaporated milk with the coffee, vanilla extract, and sugar, and stir vigorously.
In a pot, place the sugar over low heat. Once a caramel forms, remove from heat and pour a little into the bottom of the molds.
Place the egg white mixture in the molds and cook for 20 seconds in the microwave. Let the flans set in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
Serve.
