Quick Coffee Flan

Flan is a dessert that we all love; now try giving it a unique twist with coffee that will make it even richer than the traditional one.

  • 1 can milkmaid
  • 5 eggs, whole
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 11 1/2 tablespoons coffee

  • Blend all the ingredients, pour the mixture into a previously caramelized flan mold, cover, and cook in a water bath for 1 hour on the stove or 20 minutes in the oven.
  • Unmold and decorate to taste !!!!
