Creamy Homemade Flan

This dessert is delicious and in Mexican households, it is very common to prepare a homemade flan; this recipe is very easy, tasty, and creamy. Make it if you're looking for an economical dessert that everyone will want to finish.

1 can condensed milk
1 can evaporated milk
1 cup cow's milk
3 tablespoons cornstarch
2 tablespoons liquid vanilla
1/2 cups sugar
4 eggs
1/2 cups cream
canned fruit coktail, for decoration

Place the sugar in a saucepan and let it melt over medium heat, being careful not to burn it.
Once it is completely melted, pour the caramel into the mold where you will make the flan and let it cool.
In a larger and deeper pot than our mold, add enough water to boil since the flan is made in a water bath.
Blend the other ingredients very well, making sure the starch does not remain lumpy.
Once everything is well blended, pour it into the mold and cover it with aluminum foil.
Place it in the pot where the water is already boiling, and cover the pot.
Let it cook for 45 minutes and check if it's ready by inserting a toothpick in the middle; there is no need to remove the aluminum to check.
If the toothpick comes out clean, we can turn off the heat because the flan is done.
