Delicious Banana Flan

  • 3/4 cups sugar, for the caramel
  • 2 bananas
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 can evaporated milk, (360 ml)
  • 1 can condensed milk, (387 g)
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla essence
  • banana, sliced (for decoration)

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • Heat the sugar over medium heat until it forms a caramel, pour it into a flan mold, and let it harden.
  • Using the bell attachment of your Braun® MultiQuick 777, blend the banana with the lemon juice. Set aside.
  • Using the whisk attachment of your Braun® MultiQuick 777, beat the evaporated milk with the condensed milk, egg, cinnamon, vanilla essence, and banana puree.
  • Pour over the caramel-coated mold, place it in a water bath, and bake for 1 hour. Cool and refrigerate for 2 hours.
  • Unmold and decorate with banana slices.
