Heat the sugar over medium heat until it forms a caramel, pour it into a flan mold, and let it harden.
Using the bell attachment of your Braun® MultiQuick 777, blend the banana with the lemon juice. Set aside.
Using the whisk attachment of your Braun® MultiQuick 777, beat the evaporated milk with the condensed milk, egg, cinnamon, vanilla essence, and banana puree.
Pour over the caramel-coated mold, place it in a water bath, and bake for 1 hour. Cool and refrigerate for 2 hours.
Unmold and decorate with banana slices.
