2 egg yolks
1 teaspoon powdered sugar
1 cup sugar , for the caramel
1 cup water, for the caramel

In a bowl, vigorously beat the two egg yolks with the sugar and add it to the saucepan with the hot milk.
Cook over medium heat and stir until the mixture thickens, about 5 to 6 minutes.
Transfer to another caramelized container and let it cool, then serve.
