2 cans condensed milk
1 tablespoon vanilla essence
3 tablespoons sugar

Preheat the oven to 160°C.
Blend all the ingredients except for the sugar.
Heat the sugar in a mold and cover the bottom with caramel, once hardened, incorporate the mixture.
Cover and cook in a water bath for 45 minutes.
Refrigerate until desired consistency is achieved.
