Simple Coffee Flan

This coffee flan recipe is very delicious and easy to prepare; give it a try.

  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 4 eggs, whites
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • sugar, to taste
  • 5 tablespoons coffee

  • Open the cans of milk and pour them into the blender.
  • Add the sugar along with the coffee.
  • Add the eggs and blend everything together until you have a smooth mixture.
  • Once blended, pour it into a mold and bake it in a water bath for 30 minutes, until you touch it and it's firm; remove it from the heat, let it cool, and serve.
