Chocolate flan recipe

This chocolate flan of only 270 kcal per portion is a dessert full of protein and lots of flavor, it's delicious and creamy! You will be fascinated by the touch of Kinder® Chocolate.

  • 1/4 cups peanuts
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 2 tablespoons stevia
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 Kinder® Chocolate
  • mixed berries, to decorate
  • Kinder® Chocolate, to decorate

  • Chop the Kinder® Chocolate and reserve.
  • Blend the peanuts, oats and cocoa until you get a fine powder. Subsequently, add the evaporated milk, sugar and eggs and blend very well. Booking.
  • Pour the mixture into individual flaneras, add the chopped Kinder® Chocolate, cover with aluminum foil and place in a pan in a bain-marie. Bake the flan at 180 °C for 50 minutes.
  • Take out of the oven and let it cool down. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
  • Place the chocolate flan on an extended plate and decorate with red fruits and Kinder® Chocolate.
