  • 2 cups butter, melted
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla essence
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 cups cocoa

  • Preheat the oven to 180 °C and grease a rectangular or square mold with butter and sprinkled flour.
  • Melt the cups of butter and mix in the sugar, stirring very well until there are no lumps. Add the 4 eggs, the vanilla, and continue mixing.
  • In a bowl, sift the flour and cocoa, pour the dry ingredients into the butter mixture and incorporate until smooth.
  • Pour the mixture into the previously greased mold. Bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  • Remove the brownie from the oven, unmold it, and let it cool. Once cool, cut into small rectangles or squares.
