Melt the butter and set aside. Then melt the chocolate over medium heat, stirring constantly to prevent it from burning.
Once the chocolate has completely melted, remove from heat and gradually add the melted butter. Mix well by vigorously beating, then add the egg yolks one at a time.
Once mixed, add the sugar, flour, and eggs.
Grease individual molds and flour them to ensure nothing sticks and can be easily unmolded.
Crush the cookies and mix with the condensed milk until it reaches a sandy consistency.
Place a semi-thick layer of this mixture in each of the molds.
Pour the chocolate mixture into the molds. Bake for approximately 15 minutes at 180°C. Check that it is fully cooked by inserting a toothpick and ensuring it comes out clean.
