Fluffy Chocolate Cake

  • 1 tube cookies, Maria type
  • 1 can condensed milk, small
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 3 tablespoons wheat flour
  • 200 grams butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 200 grams bittersweet chocolate

  • Melt the butter and set aside. Then melt the chocolate over medium heat, stirring constantly to prevent it from burning.
  • Once the chocolate has completely melted, remove from heat and gradually add the melted butter. Mix well by vigorously beating, then add the egg yolks one at a time.
  • Once mixed, add the sugar, flour, and eggs.
  • Grease individual molds and flour them to ensure nothing sticks and can be easily unmolded.
  • Crush the cookies and mix with the condensed milk until it reaches a sandy consistency.
  • Place a semi-thick layer of this mixture in each of the molds.
  • Pour the chocolate mixture into the molds. Bake for approximately 15 minutes at 180°C. Check that it is fully cooked by inserting a toothpick and ensuring it comes out clean.
