Folded breads with Nutella

Prepare this delicious and complete breakfast based on sandwich bread that will provide the little ones with the necessary energy for their day, complemented by the delicious taste of Nutella® and served with fresh fruits.

  • 1/4 cups strawberries, cut in halves, For the fruit cocktail
  • 1/4 cups mango, cut in cubes, For the fruit cocktail
  • 1/4 cups blueberries, for the fruit cocktail
  • 2 apples, for the fruit cocktail
  • 6 slices sandwich bread
  • 6 tablespoons Nutella®, (18 g each)

  • For the fruit cocktail, mix all the fruits in a bowl and combine with the orange juice, then set aside.
  • For the folded bread, place a slice of sandwich bread on a cutting board, use a circular cutter to cut the bread and slightly roll it out with a rolling pin. Repeat with all the slices.
  • Using a knife, spread a tablespoon of Nutella® over the entire surface of the bread slices and fold in half. Serve 3 folded breads per plate and accompany with the fruit cocktail on the side and a glass of milk.
