1 teaspoon vanilla essence
8 slices sandwich bread
4 tablespoons butter
3/4 cups honey cookies, crushed
1 cup marshmallow
1 cup bittersweet chocolate, in pieces
4 tablespoons chantilly cream, to decorate

Preheat the electric oven to medium temperature.
In a bowl, beat the eggs with milk and vanilla. Soak the breads in this mixture.
Heat the butter in a pan over medium heat and fry each slice of bread for 3 minutes, without getting too brown.
Form sandwiches by placing a bit of cookies, chocolates and chocolate in the middle.
Bake 5 minutes or until the bread is browned and the inside melted.
Serve with chantilly cream.
