Frosting for Cake: Maple with Chocolate

  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 1 cup Karo® Choco Hazelnut
  • 1 1/2 cups semisweet chocolate, unsweetened, chopped into small pieces
  • 2 tablespoons butter, in cubes, at room temperature

  • Heat the heavy cream in a small pot over medium-low heat; stir regularly with a spatula to prevent sticking.
  • Add Karo® Hazelnut Chocolate, unsweetened semi-sweet chocolate, and butter; mix with a whisk and combine. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  • Cover the cake with the chocolate topping. Let cool and enjoy.
