Frosting For Decorating

Frosting for decorating cakes, cookies, etc. This recipe is super easy to make and is very manageable for creating any decoration you want on cakes or cookies. You can even have the kids help with decorating.

  • 5 egg whites
  • 1/2 teaspoons cream of tartar
  • 1 cup sugar, refined
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence

  • Place the egg whites in the bowl and add the cream of tartar.
  • Start beating until it becomes fluffy and reaches the nougat point.
  • Once it is thick, gradually add the sugar in a rain-like manner, making sure there are no sugar lumps.
  • Beat until it forms peaks and add the vanilla.
