Frozen Chocolate Bars

This delicious recipe for frozen chocolate bars is an ideal dessert to prepare this February 14th if you do not have an oven. It's delicious, especially if you're a fan of chocolates.

  • 1/2 cups butter, sugarfree
  • 23 cookies, chocolate suavicremas
  • 1 cup icing sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 1/4 cups peanut butter
  • 12 chocolates, mini snickers (like 1 cup)
  • 1 cup chocolate, mini kats kit (like 1 cup)
  • 320 grams chocolate, crunch minis

  • Intanquilla a mold of 20 square centimeters. Cover with waxed paper and let the paper cover a few centimeters on each side.
  • In a food processor grind the cookies, you should be about 2 and a half cups.
  • Add the cookies in a large bowl and mix with the icing sugar and salt.
  • In a medium bowl that can be microwaved, add butter and peanut butter. At 30-second intervals, add each one until it melts and a smooth mixture remains. This can take more or less 1 and a half minutes. Add to the cookie mix and allow to cool to room temperature, for 10 minutes.
  • Crush the snickers and kit kats and add them to the mix. With a spatula press the mixture into the mold until everything is even. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  • In a microwave bowl add the chocolate crunch and toss in 30-second intervals, until they are completely melted (Beware, without burning!) Pour the melted chocolate into the mixture of the bars and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
  • Use the waxed paper to lift it. Cut it into 27 small strips so everyone can enjoy.
