Apple and Cheddar Empanadas

  • 3 green apples, cut into small cubes
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1/4 cups brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon powder
  • 1/4 cups granulated sugar

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
