2 1/4 cups FAGE® Total 0% greek style yogurt
2 1/4 cups apple, peeled, cored, and diced
1/3 cups granulated sugar
1/4 cups honey, greek
1/4 cups cider

In a medium skillet, cook the apples, sugar, honey, and cider until it resembles apple sauce (a thick puree).
Let cool.
In a large bowl, mix the FAGE® Total 0% Greek Yogurt and half of the apples that have been cooled.
Add half of the remaining apples to small wine glasses.
Fill the glasses halfway with the yogurt mixture, add another layer of apples, followed by the rest of the yogurt.
Top the glasses with the cookie crumble and refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
