Apple, Strawberry and Cinnamon Muffin

  • 230 grams butter
  • 170 grams sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 sticks butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 cups cow's milk
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla essence
  • 10 strawberries, chopped into cubes
  • 1 apple, chopped into cubes
  • 1/2 tablespoons cinnamon

  • Preheat the oven to 170° C.
  • Combine the sugar and butter in a bowl, beat them until creamy (they change to a lighter color and creamy consistency) to achieve the point of pomade.
  • Add the eggs one by one along with the vanilla, mix in the flour, cinnamon, baking powder, and finish with the milk.
  • Lower the mixer speed and fold in the chopped fruits.
  • Pour into cupcake molds and bake for about 30 minutes.
  • Check the doneness with a toothpick; it should come out almost dry once inserted into the muffin, remember that the fruit adds moisture to the dessert.
