Apple Tartlets with Yogurt

The Apple Tartlets with Oikos® Green Fruits yogurt is a delicious preparation. It's so easy to make that you won't believe it. It's a simple, tasty dessert that's perfect for cooking with your kids. They are delicious individual tartlets, perfect for when you have guests at home.

  • 300 grams yogurt, Oikos® with Green Fruits
  • 500 grams puff pastry
  • 4 red apples
  • 1 pinch cinnamon powder
  • 50 grams sugar
  • 100 grams flour, (for rolling out the dough)
  • 3 eggs, (for glazing the tartlets)
  • 50 grams butter

  • Preheat the oven to 200° C.
  • Flour the molds (they should be special for tartlets, make sure they are individual size). Roll out the puff pastry until it is 1 centimeter thick, line the molds with the pastry, and refrigerate.
  • Cut the apples into very thin slices.
  • Place a couple of tablespoons of Oikos® Green Fruits yogurt at the base of the tartlets. Add a couple of apple slices, sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
  • Cut thin strips of puff pastry and place them on top of each tartlet, brush with egg, and bake for 20 minutes or until the pastry is cooked.
