3/4 cups beer
3/4 cups flour
salt
1 pinch sugar
2 green apples, cored and sliced
vegetable oil
honey, for garnish

In a bowl, combine beer, flour, sugar, and salt, mix well.
Heat the oil until it reaches a temperature of 375ºF.
Dip the apple slices into the mixture.
Remove and fry for 3 minutes.
Transfer the tempura and place on absorbent paper, season with salt.
Serve with soy sauce.
