Apples with Oat Crumble and Ice Cream

  • 3/4 cups brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon powder
  • 1 1/2 sticks butter, 90 g each, melted
  • 1/2 cups flour
  • 1/2 cups oats
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 6 apples, Peeled and cut into medium cubes
  • 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1 stick cinnamon
  • 4 balls ice cream

  • Preheat the oven to 180° C.
  • Mix in a bowl the sugar, cinnamon, butter, flour, and oats. Stir well.
  • Spread the mixture on a baking tray and bake for 15 minutes, making sure it doesn't burn. Set aside.
  • Melt the butter in a deep skillet, add the apples and sugar. Cook for 20 minutes over medium heat, add the vanilla, cinnamon, and cook for 5 more minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.
  • Serve the apple in a jar, cover with the crumble, and top with a scoop of ice cream.
