Baked Apple Stuffed with Granola and Candied Fruits

This delicious baked apple dessert is soft on the outside and crunchy on the inside. It features a blend of quinoa granola and candied fruits with a touch of maple syrup that will surely take you to heaven.

  • 4 Golden Delicious apples
  • 4 teaspoons unsalted butter
  • 4 tablespoons granola, with Kellogg’s® quinoa
  • 4 tablespoons fruit , chopped candied fruits
  • 4 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1/4 cups almonds, peeled for decoration
  • 4 teaspoons maple syrup , for decoration

  • Preheat the oven to 180° C.
  • Cut off the tip of the apples and core them without going all the way through to prevent the filling from spilling out. Set aside.
  • In a small bowl, mix the butter with the Kellogg’s® quinoa granola, the candied fruits, and the cinnamon.
  • Fill the apples with the mixture and bake for 30 minutes or until soft.
  • Decorate with peeled almonds and maple syrup.
