4 tablespoons granola, with Kellogg’s® quinoa
4 tablespoons fruit , chopped candied fruits
4 teaspoons cinnamon
1/4 cups almonds, peeled for decoration
4 teaspoons maple syrup , for decoration

Preheat the oven to 180° C.
Cut off the tip of the apples and core them without going all the way through to prevent the filling from spilling out. Set aside.
In a small bowl, mix the butter with the Kellogg’s® quinoa granola, the candied fruits, and the cinnamon.
Fill the apples with the mixture and bake for 30 minutes or until soft.
Decorate with peeled almonds and maple syrup.
