8 peaches, halved and pitted
3 tablespoons unsalted butter , melted
3/4 cups nut , chopped
1 cinnamon stick
1 sprig rosemary
2 star anise pods

Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Place the peaches on a baking sheet, brush them with butter, and sprinkle the walnuts, rosemary, cinnamon, and anise on top.
Bake for 15 minutes.
Put the mixture in a refrigerator-safe container and let it sit for 30 to 40 minutes.
Serve.
