Baked Peaches

  • 8 peaches, halved and pitted
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter , melted
  • 3/4 cups nut , chopped
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1 sprig rosemary
  • 2 star anise pods

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • Place the peaches on a baking sheet, brush them with butter, and sprinkle the walnuts, rosemary, cinnamon, and anise on top.
  • Bake for 15 minutes.
  • Put the mixture in a refrigerator-safe container and let it sit for 30 to 40 minutes.
  • Serve.
