The carlota is a dessert that is usually made with ladyfingers. This time I decided to try it with economical cookies that everyone knows, and the result was great. Enjoy this cold banana and cinnamon dessert any time of the year.
160 grams María cookies, 1 and a half tubes approx
180 milliliters condensed milk, (1/2 medium can)
500 grams vanilla flavored custard
200 milliliters evaporated milk

Place a layer of Maria cookies at the bottom of a rectangular baking dish, preferably.
Cut the bananas into moderately thick slices.
Alternate by placing a layer of banana slices and another layer of cookies. Continue this way until the mold is full.
Blend the sweetened condensed milk, the prepared vanilla custard (if it's from a box, make it according to the package instructions), and the sweetened condensed milk.
The mixture should not be too liquidy or too thick.
Pour into the baking dish, making sure to coat every space of it.
At the end, you can add a final layer of cookies. Cover the baking dish with plastic wrap and place it in the freezer for 40 minutes or in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
Serve cold, sprinkle with cinnamon and powdered sugar.
