Banana Carlota with Dulce de Leche

  • 1/2 cups dulce de leche
  • 1 envelope unflavored gelatin powder, (7 g) 1 envelope unflavored gelatin powder, (7 g)
  • 2 packages María cookies, (340 g)

  • Blend the bananas with the milks and the hydrated gelatin until you obtain a cream. Set aside.
  • In a medium bowl, place the Maria cookies and add the previous mixture, layering cookies and mixture until reaching the top.
  • Finally, for decoration, it's recommended to add small pieces or cookie crumbs.
  • Refrigerate for 2 hours and serve.
