Banana Chocolate Cake

A very simple dessert to make with ingredients we have at home, ideal to serve at dinner as dessert or for snack time. Kids will love it.

  • 1 cup cow's milk
  • 1 container vanilla flavored custard
  • 4 eggs
  • 6 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 bananas
  • 2 cups soy juice, mango flavor
  • orange blossom essence, to taste
  • 3 tablespoons instant oatmeal
  • 3 tablespoons wheat flour
  • cocoa powder, to cover the pan, necessary amount
  • cooking spray

  • Preheat the oven to 250 degrees Celsius.
  • Add all the ingredients to the blender except for the oil and chocolate.
  • Blend until you obtain a smooth mixture without lumps.
  • Grease a cake pan and cover the bottom and sides with chocolate.
  • Pour the mixture into the pan.
  • Bake for 30 to 45 minutes, and remove once cooked. You will know it is done if a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
