Banana Cream

Delicious banana cream recipe with FAGE® Total 0% Greek Style Yogurt as the base. It's an ideal snack for mid-afternoon or as a healthy dessert. Give it a try!

  • 4 bananas, peeled and sliced
  • 1 lime, (juice)
  • 17.6 ounces FAGE® Total 0% greek style yogurt
  • 900 milliliters sour cream, banana custard
  • 2 tablespoons walnuts, chopped

  • Mix the bananas with the lemon juice and place some slices in the container or glasses where it will be served.
  • Blend the FAGE® Total 0% Greek Style Yogurt with the remaining banana slices until smooth.
  • Stir the walnuts into the cream.
  • In the glasses, add a layer of the FAGE® Total 0% Greek Style Yogurt mixture and a layer of walnut cream, alternating.
  • Garnish with grapes, banana slices, and mint leaves.
