Banana Fritters

Delicious and sweet banana fritters with cinnamon and sugar. They are a bit different from traditional Mexican fritters but with a better flavor.

  • 1 cup wheat flour
  • 2 tabasco banana
  • 1/2 cups cow's milk
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 cups sugar, for sprinkling
  • canola oil, for frying

  • The bananas are blended with the milk and the flour.
  • Sugar is added gradually.
  • Put the oil in a deep saucepan.
  • Using a spoon, take some of the mixture and fry until golden brown.
  • Place them on a paper towel to absorb excess oil. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.
