Delicious and sweet banana fritters with cinnamon and sugar. They are a bit different from traditional Mexican fritters but with a better flavor.

1 cup wheat flour
2 tabasco banana
1/2 cups cow's milk
3 tablespoons sugar
1/2 cups sugar, for sprinkling
canola oil, for frying

The bananas are blended with the milk and the flour.
Sugar is added gradually.
Put the oil in a deep saucepan.
Using a spoon, take some of the mixture and fry until golden brown.
Place them on a paper towel to absorb excess oil. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.
