Banana with Ice Cream

It is a dessert that both children and adults will love; it is delicious, easy to make, and prepare. You will impress your family; I usually make it for mine.

  • 4 bananas
  • 1 stick chocolate, for baking
  • vanilla ice cream, or your preferred one
  • 100 grams walnuts
  • 150 grams sour cream
  • 1 stick cream cheese
  • dried cranberries
  • sugar, to taste

  • Melt the chocolate in a double boiler or in the microwave, stirring constantly to ensure it melts evenly.
  • Once the chocolate is melted, remove it from the heat and continue stirring for two minutes. On a plate, spread a little chocolate in a circular shape and then place the blueberries on top of the chocolate.
  • In the mixer, combine the cream, Philadelphia cream cheese, and sugar until the mixture is homogeneous. Set aside as we will use it with the bananas.
  • Peel the bananas and place them one in front of the other, or however you like; you can make a heart shape; it’s up to your imagination.
  • Place a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top of the chocolate with blueberries and drizzle the bananas with the Philadelphia cheese mixture. Garnish with walnuts and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
