Cook the cup of tapioca pearls in 2 liters of water for 30 minutes until the tapioca pearls are completely transparent.
In a pot, bring the milk to a boil with the cinnamon stick. Once boiled, remove it from the heat and pour in the can of sweetened condensed milk
Chill in the refrigerator.
Chop the fruit (melon, banana, and apple) into very small pieces and set aside.
Once the tapioca is ready, mix it with the fruit and the sweet milk.
