Bionico with Tapioca

A delicious and refreshing dessert for these hot days; tapioca is a very nutritious and tasty food that kids will love.

  • 1 cup tapioca
  • 2 liters water
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 2 cups cow's milk
  • 1/2 sticks cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla essence

  • Cook the cup of tapioca pearls in 2 liters of water for 30 minutes until the tapioca pearls are completely transparent.
  • In a pot, bring the milk to a boil with the cinnamon stick. Once boiled, remove it from the heat and pour in the can of sweetened condensed milk Chill in the refrigerator.
  • Chop the fruit (melon, banana, and apple) into very small pieces and set aside.
  • Once the tapioca is ready, mix it with the fruit and the sweet milk.
