Try this delicious blackberry cup, refreshing and ideal for the summer heat. You can pair it with a delicious capsule coffee of any flavor; it’s amazing.
In a container, place the milk chocolate and the next 3 ingredients (whipping cream and the prepared capsules).
Heat in the microwave for 2 minutes in 30-second intervals or until the chocolate is melted.
Add the pound cake and whole milk powder. Mix until combined and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
In a cup, pour a bit of the previous mixture along with some raspberries and blackberries. Top with more mixture and place a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
Repeat the process with the rest of the cups, decorate with more red fruits, and serve.
