Caramelized Apples with Yogurt

Caramelized apples are a delicious, simple, and very economical dessert. It’s a very healthy recipe with a special touch, as it uses the delicious Oikos® Yogurt with Blueberry.

  • 5 green apples, peeled and cut into cubes
  • 350 grams sugar
  • 50 milliliters water
  • 1 stick cinnamon
  • 500 grams yogurt, Oikos® with Blueberries

  • Peel and cut the apples into cubes.
  • Heat the water and sugar in a pot over medium heat.
  • Add the apple and cinnamon. Cook until the apple is soft.
  • Remove the cinnamon and strain the apple. Reserve some liquid for serving the apple.
  • In a glass container, alternate the caramelized apple with Greek yogurt, forming layers.
  • Garnish with a cinnamon stick.
