These apple fritters with granola and chocolate are spectacular! Imagine a crunchy apple ring with cinnamon covered in chocolate and a crispy granola topping with quinoa; what are you waiting for to make them?
1/2 cups bittersweet chocolate, melted, for decoration
1 cup Kellogg's® ancient grains granola: quinoa, amaranth, and apple, for decoration

Cut the apples into slices and use a circular cutter to remove the core, so they become rings.
In a bowl, mix all the ingredients very well until you achieve a homogeneous mixture; it should not be too liquid or too thick. Cover the rings with this mixture.
In a small pot, heat the oil and fry the rings until they are golden brown, then place them on absorbent paper.
Cover half of the rings with melted chocolate and decorate with Kellogg’s® quinoa granola.
