Chocolate and Peanut Covered Apples

Delicious chocolate and peanut covered apples, perfect for Halloween parties.

  • 6 apples, red or green
  • 100 grams milk chocolate, in pieces
  • 1 cup peanuts, chopped

  • Insert the wooden stick into the stem of the apple.
  • Place the chopped peanuts on a plate.
  • Melt the chocolate in a double boiler.
  • Dip each apple into the chocolate and then coat the apple with the chopped peanuts.
  • Arrange the apples on a tray lined with wax paper (the sticks of the apples facing upwards).
  • Refrigerate the apples for 2 hours.
