Chocolate Cups

This is a very original recipe as you will be able to create your own chocolate cups to serve delicious, fresh, and original desserts.

  • 450 grams white chocolate
  • 2 cups mixed blackberry, (raspberries, strawberries, blackberries, etc.)
  • sugar , as needed

  • Melt the chocolate in a double boiler, or in the microwave stirring every 3-4 minutes. Be careful not to burn it.
  • With a kitchen brush, coat the inside of the paper cup with the melted chocolate; its temperature should be tolerable to the touch.
  • Place in the refrigerator until the chocolate hardens and repeat the process. You may need to melt the chocolate again or place it over a tray with hot water to maintain its temperature.
  • You can cover 3 times if you want a thicker layer of chocolate. Carefully remove the paper cup. Keep in the refrigerator until you are ready to consume them.
  • Serve the fruit of your choice inside the cup. Enjoy!
