Melt the chocolate in a double boiler, or in the microwave stirring every 3-4 minutes. Be careful not to burn it.
With a kitchen brush, coat the inside of the paper cup with the melted chocolate; its temperature should be tolerable to the touch.
Place in the refrigerator until the chocolate hardens and repeat the process. You may need to melt the chocolate again or place it over a tray with hot water to maintain its temperature.
You can cover 3 times if you want a thicker layer of chocolate. Carefully remove the paper cup. Keep in the refrigerator until you are ready to consume them.
Serve the fruit of your choice inside the cup. Enjoy!
