  • 300 grams shredded coconut
  • 100 grams brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 liters water

  • Preheat the oven to 120°C.
  • First, separate the egg whites from the yolks and beat them separately.
  • Prepare a thick syrup with the panela and a little water.
  • Add the shredded coconut, egg whites, egg yolks, flour, and baking powder to the syrup, and mix all the ingredients well.
  • Using a piping bag, take portions and place them on a previously greased baking sheet or in small cupcake liners, then bake for approximately 25 minutes or until they are lightly golden.
