Cold Strawberry and Chia Jam

  • 500 grams strawberry , or any red fruit
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 23 tablespoons honey, or glucose

  • With the help of a food processor, blend the strawberries until the desired consistency is reached.
  • Pour the mixture into a glass bowl with an airtight lid, and add the lemon juice, chia seeds, and honey. Stir well until everything is integrated, seal tightly, and refrigerate for 3 to 4 hours or until the desired consistency is achieved.
