Easy Peach Carlota

  • 3 peaches, peeled and cubed
  • 1 can evaporated milk, (360 ml)
  • 1 can condensed milk , (397 g)
  • 1 envelope unflavored gelatin powder, (7 g) hydrated
  • 2 packages María cookies, (340 g)
  • 1 tablespoon chantilly cream, for decoration
  • 1 cup peach, for decoration, sliced

  • Blend the peaches with the milks and the hydrated gelatin until you obtain a cream. Set aside.
  • In a medium bowl, place the Maria cookies and add the previous mixture, making layers of cookies and mixture until you reach the top.
  • Decorate with sliced peaches and whipped cream.
  • Refrigerate for 2 hours and serve.
