1/2 cups espresso coffee
40 grams unsalted butter
2 tablespoons cinnamon powder
1/4 cups sugar
1 shot aged rum
vanilla ice cream , or Tiramisu flavored ice cream to accompany

The bananas are cut in half and sliced thinly while the butter is heated in a skillet over low heat.
The bananas are added and fried for about 3 minutes. They should be turned occasionally to achieve an even golden color on both sides.
Sugar is mixed with cinnamon and sprinkled over the bananas, then the coffee is added.
This mixture is fried again until the bananas are ready. (Approximately 3 to 5 more minutes).
The rum is poured into the skillet and tilted to the side to flame the mixture. Once the flames go out, they will be ready to serve.
