A simple dessert but with a fresh flavor, these flamed peaches with a hint of mint are delicious to finish any meal.

4 canned peaches
2 balls unsalted butter
sugar , necessary amount

2 maraschino cherries
vanilla ice cream

Wash the peaches to remove the syrup.
In a skillet like the ones used for flaming crêpes or other preparations, add sugar to taste.
Once you see that a caramel is forming, add the butter and the peaches. Turn them so that all the peaches absorb the caramel and the butter.
Add the mint liqueur and a little cinnamon. Light the flame.
Once it is boiling, turn off and serve on a plate, decorating with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and a cherry.
