1/2 pineapples, chopped
26 cherries, chopped
26 cherries, chopped greens
1/2 oranges, chopped
100 grams toasted pecans
100 grams hazelnuts, toasted and chopped
100 grams almonds, toasted and chopped

Melt the white chocolate in a double boiler and bring it to 38°, then lower it to 26° and add all the ingredients.
Place on parchment paper on a tray and pour in the mixture.
Refrigerate and cut into rectangles.
