Fruit Bricks

  • 1/2 pineapples, chopped
  • 26 cherries, chopped
  • 26 cherries, chopped greens
  • 1/2 oranges, chopped
  • 100 grams toasted pecans
  • 100 grams hazelnuts, toasted and chopped
  • 100 grams almonds, toasted and chopped

  • Melt the white chocolate in a double boiler and bring it to 38°, then lower it to 26° and add all the ingredients.
  • Place on parchment paper on a tray and pour in the mixture.
  • Refrigerate and cut into rectangles.
