Fruit Pizza

This homemade fruit pizza recipe is a very easy sweet pizza option to prepare, as it uses ingredients we usually have at home, like jam; you can use seasonal fruits, and it is made with country bread, so you will have it ready in less than 20 minutes.   • 1 bread, country bread cut in half lengthwise
  • 1 cup strawberry jam
  • 1 1/2 cups whipped cream, sugar-free
  • 6 strawberries
  • 2 kiwis
  • 1/2 cups raspberries
  • 1/2 cups blueberries
  • leaves peppermint
  • chocolate chips
  • icing sugar

  • In a bowl, mix the strawberry jam with the whipped cream. Set aside in the refrigerator.
  • On a cutting board and with the help of your Victorinox® serrated knife, slice the strawberries into thick slices; first remove the stem and then cut lengthwise. For the kiwi, cut off the ends and peel the skin, then cut it in half lengthwise and subsequently into half-moons.
  • To assemble the pizza, spread the strawberry jam cream over the bread and arrange the fruits to taste, decorate with mint, chocolate chips, and powdered sugar.
