Fruit Skewers

Simple fruit skewers that are perfect for children's parties and are healthy.

  • 2 cups strawberries
  • 2 cups blueberry
  • 1 manila mango
  • 2 bananas

  • The strawberries and blackberries are soaked in water with a few drops of disinfectant. Then they are dried well and the tops of the strawberries are cut off.
  • The bananas are sliced into thick rounds and a few drops of lemon juice are added to prevent browning.
  • The mango is cut into cubes.
  • The skewers are assembled to look like in the photograph.
