The strawberries and blackberries are soaked in water with a few drops of disinfectant. Then they are dried well and the tops of the strawberries are cut off.
The bananas are sliced into thick rounds and a few drops of lemon juice are added to prevent browning.
The mango is cut into cubes.
The skewers are assembled to look like in the photograph.
