  • 112 grams unsalted butter
  • 4 eggs , smoothies
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 2 cups wheat flour
  • 4 apples, peeled and cut into strips. In water with a little lemon.
  • 1 can condensed milk

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • Mix the butter with the eggs until you achieve a homogeneous preparation; melt the butter to make it easier but do not let it burn.
  • Gradually add the condensed milk, salt, baking powder, and flour. Stir until fully incorporated.
  • Grease the mold and pour the mixture, leveling it all out. Arrange the apples on top of the previous preparation, sprinkle with cinnamon or sugar, and bake for 45 minutes or until a knife comes out clean.
  • Let it rest for 1 hour. And enjoy it.
