Ghost Bananas

These bananas covered in white chocolate resembling a ghost are the perfect dessert for a Halloween party.

  • 4 bananas
  • 300 grams white chocolate
  • dark chocolate chips

  • Peel the bananas, cut them in half, and stick a popsicle stick in them. Put them in the freezer for 45 minutes.
  • Melt the chocolate in the microwave. Heat it in 15-second intervals and stir after each one. Repeat until melted.
  • Take the bananas out of the freezer and dip them in the chocolate, letting the excess chocolate drip off. Add chocolate chips to simulate the eyes.
  • Return them to the freezer for 15 more minutes.
