It's a very quick dessert to make and has a great flavor. You can adjust the quantity of ingredients according to the size of the baking dish you want to use.

2 cans canned pineapple
2 packages cookies, golden or flaky
almonds, sliced
1 package cream cheese

Cut the golden pastries into small pieces and place them in a mold or baking dish.
Blend the cream cheese with a little of the pineapple syrup. Add some pineapple chunks, reserving two slices. Pour the mixture into the mold.
At the end, add more pineapple chunks and almond slices on top. Decorate to taste.
