Golden Pineapple

It's a very quick dessert to make and has a great flavor. You can adjust the quantity of ingredients according to the size of the baking dish you want to use.

  • 2 cans canned pineapple
  • 2 packages cookies, golden or flaky
  • almonds, sliced
  • 1 package cream cheese

  • Cut the golden pastries into small pieces and place them in a mold or baking dish.
  • Blend the cream cheese with a little of the pineapple syrup. Add some pineapple chunks, reserving two slices. Pour the mixture into the mold.
  • At the end, add more pineapple chunks and almond slices on top. Decorate to taste.
