Light Yogurt, Chia, Oat, and Strawberry Pudding

Oats have a very mild and versatile flavor, help prevent sharp spikes in blood sugar levels, and best of all, they will keep the child satisfied for longer.

  • 1 cup yogurt, Greek
  • 1/4 cups instant oatmeal
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 1/2 cups strawberries
  • 1 zero-calorie sweetener, to taste

  • Remove the stems from the strawberries and chop them.
  • Add 200 ml of water to the Evenflo Advance® steamer (up to the line). Place the base of the steamer. Put the oats in the basket and place it in the base of the steamer. Close the steamer lid and press the power button. Cook for 5 minutes. Set aside.
  • Place the strawberries, sweetener, and yogurt in the Evenflo Advance® blender container. Twist the base of the blender. Attach the blender container and rotate it clockwise. Press the power button and blend for 30 seconds. Open the lid and stir in the chia seeds.
  • In a glass, add a base of oats and then the yogurt.
